Just like 3:16, except you’d pull off lists for getting basic super-threats and such, and then encounters and junk are handled exactly the same way but with different fiction. Rather than plan their tactics to maximize their entirely selfish kill counts, the supers will be mugging for the cameras and deploying their powers to make themselves look the coolest.
